The Host house

The mansion is ideally located to discover « Le Faouet 56-Morbihan » and its surroundings :
  • 800 meters from the city center and the XVI century Halls,
  • 1.5 km from the Saint-Fiacre Chapel,
  • 3 km from the Sainte-Barbe Chapel,
  • 2 km from the Elle river valley,
  • 1 km from the Inam river valley,
  • 300 meters from the PR hiking trails,
  • 500 meters from the GR38 hiking trail,
  • 1 km from the Voie Verte (former railway road),
  • 800 meters from the pilgrims' way to Santiago de Compostela,
  • 3 km from the artisan and industrial zones...
The second floor exclusively dedidacted to our guests, includes 2 rooms named after the 2 rivers that flow throught the village of LE FAOUET 56 (maximum 5 guests + 1 baby)
  • The room « Ellé » : a KING SIZE bed (180X200)
  • The room « INAM » : a QUEEN SIZE bed in twin (2x90x190- since 8th Septembre 2023) and a single bed (90x190)
    Possibility to add a baby cot upon request when processing the booking Ellé bedroom.
  • A shared bathroom : with a shower, a washbassin, each landing leading to separate toilets.

The lounge, dining room and garden are shared with the tenants in a convivial atmosphere.

A continental and Breton breakfast is served in the dining room from 8 am to 10 am :
  • Various types of bread, Viennese pastries, Breton crêpes, homemade or locally produced jams, salted butter, coffee « L’Hermine Blange » / Tea « Damman » or « La Route des Comptoirs » / Hot chocolate, freshly pressed orange juice or organic fruits, homemade yoghurts, cereals,…
  • Eggs, bacon or other upon request and reservation
  • Breakfast is included in the room rate.

 "The Two Rivers" has the style of GUEST ROOMS of the 1970-1980 years as created by French farmers in welcoming, sharing,

conviviality, respect and benevolence, and NOT faschionable years 2000-2010 wich switched to the hotel industry like our American

or English neighbours. You have been informed !

 

 Guests with reduced mobility :
Giving our mobility impaired guests the opportunity to stay in our house is an issue very dear to our heart.
We unfortunatly can not welcome guests in wheelchairs as there is no elevator to access the rooms situated on the second floor.
