Rose-Anne is a convinced pilgrim fond of nature and a passionate cook.

Her mother tought her to cook when she was 13 and since it has become one of her favourite hobbies. Rose-Anne enjoys to invite and welcome family, friends and pilgrims.
After having worked as a secretary-accountant for several years and later in the export sales department Rose-Anne decided at the age of 54 to turn her passion for cuisine into a full time job by going through an official training (French CAP diploma).
The freshly obtained diploma allowed her to embrasse the career of cook in nurseries, primary, middle and high schools as well as establishements for elderly patient management (EHPAD Etablissement Hospitalier our Personnes Agées Dépendantes)..
Her husband Rémi retired from the building and agro-food industry end of 2011.
He is the handy-man, the « Picasso » in the house.
We both are proud Bretons and so are our ancestors for many generations. We have been living in the lovely village of Le Faouet since 11th September 1982.

Rose-Anne and Rémi started welcoming Pilgrims on their way to Saint James in 2014 . A pilgramage also know in Spanish as « El Camino de Santiago », the route of Locquirec / Moquériec towards Quimperlé.

The project came to life thanks to wonderful energies. The couple decided to open their house to sport lovers, or tourists for short, medium or long stays (hickers, walkers, cyclists, bikers …).
They also welcomed transient workers such as apprentices, trainees and sales representatives.
Wether for family gatherings, angler or hunter meetings or simply guests who wished to reconnect to nature and the beautiful natural surroundings, the door was always open..

Rose-Anne and Rémi will be happy to welcome you and provide you with the necessary information and tips to make your stay a memorable experience. Their cats « Caramel » and "Chocolat" might also pop in during your stay.

The motto at « Deux Rivières » is : To live simply with nature, to be in Goodness, Empathy, Serenity, Simplicity, to give unconditionnal Love and Happiness to all,….
